Simon Black
Associate Consultant & Executive Coach
Simon’s professional background is in commercial, industrial and educational management and HR. His senior HR roles include business planning, workforce and talent management, business improvement and organisational development. He has worked internationally and has led multi-national teams.
Simon works with Year One Consulting as an executive coach and action learning facilitator, drawing in particular on his experience of leadership development in higher education and research settings.
As a coach, Simon encourages clients to test new approaches, stretch their personal development and achieve new outcomes to build new experience.
