Keith Carlton
Associate Consultant & Executive Coach
Keith’s professional background is in strategic planning and analysis, having worked in publishing, marketing and data management. More recently he has worked as an advertising planning director and as a brand strategist, with a particular focus on internal branding within organisations.
Keith works with Year One Consulting as an executive coach, applying psychodynamic techniques in helping leaders within organisations develop their personal impact.
As a coach, Keith supports individuals in exploring their potential models and pathways of influence, and explores new and alternative models in order to drive change forward.
