Associate Consultant & Executive Coach
Alan is a highly expert Management Consultant with an incredible track record of delivering complex change projects in challenging circumstances. His experience blends hands-on experience of helping senior managers enhance their leadership capability with a keen appreciation of how to leverage processes and systems in delivering organisational change. He is a member of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants and in that role acts as in a pro-bono capacity at board level for Third Sector organisations.
Alan works with Year One Consulting as a project consultant and executive coach.
As a coach, Alan is pragmatic, performance-focussed and flexible, entirely driven by what an individual needs in order to achieve the required outcomes.
