Our team coaches create space for teams to say, hear and feel what they need to say, hear and feel in order to do their best work given their circumstances and objectives.
Team coaching is a way of bringing together pieces of a map, parts of which each member of the team holds. Only by bringing the pieces together can a team see where it is, where it wants to go, and how it may best arrive. This kind of team coaching provide a valuable, often rare, space for a team to consider how it feels to be in this team, and to build the skills it needs to carry on working reflectively even after the team coaching has finished.
We will always talk with the team and team lead before coaching, and can offer alternative team processes if the team is not ready or able to be coached. These alternatives could include ongoing group facilitation, skills development sessions, or problem-solving awaydays.
