Helena Brown
Associate Consultant & Executive Coach
Helena is a change management professional with a wealth of experience supporting senior leaders in a variety of industries at the sharp end of managing organisational transformations. Helena is an ILM-accredited coach trainer and one of our team’s most experienced coaches. A graduate of the Cranfield MBA programme, she now guest lectures on the current programme.
Helena works with Year One Consulting as a project consultant and executive coach.
As a coach, Helena works on the assumption of strong capability in the client, and takes a partnership approach to explore what successes are required for optimal performance in her or his role.
